The objective is to ensure consistent service delivery, transparency, and successful outcomes for our clients.

2. Scope of Services

We provide professional services related to Odoo Community Edition, including:

  • Custom module development and system customization

All services are delivered based on agreed requirements, timelines, and scope as defined in the project proposal or service agreement.

3. Consulting & Implementation Policy

Our consulting approach focuses on understanding the client’s business processes and aligning them with Odoo CE best practices. Implementations are carried out using a phased methodology that includes requirement analysis, system configuration, testing, user acceptance, and go-live support. Any changes to the agreed scope after project initiation will be handled through a formal change request and may impact cost and timelines.

4. Customization & Development Policy

Customizations are developed only when standard Odoo CE functionality does not sufficiently meet business requirements. All custom development follows Odoo development standards and is tested before deployment. The company does not guarantee compatibility of custom modules with future Odoo versions unless a separate upgrade or maintenance agreement is in place.

9. Limitations

The company provides services exclusively for Odoo Community Edition and is not responsible for features exclusive to Odoo Enterprise. Third-party modules, integrations, and external services fall outside our direct control, and their performance or licensing is the responsibility of the respective providers.
